ExploreWhat Are Chakras?
There are seven of these wheels stacked in a column of energy that spans from the base of the spine to the top of the head. These spinning vortices of energy are not physical entities — they exist in the subtle body, the energetic counterpart of our physical form. Each chakra correlates with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being.
When our chakras are balanced and aligned, energy flows freely through our system, supporting physical health, emotional stability, and spiritual growth. When a chakra becomes blocked or imbalanced — either deficient or excessive — it manifests as physical ailments, emotional disturbances, or a sense of disconnection.
The chakra system is a map of the soul's journey from dense matter to pure consciousness — from survival to transcendence. Understanding this map is the first step toward reclaiming the wholeness that is your birthright.
